FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does the person I send to need the app?
No. Every card is a link that opens in any browser — WhatsApp, iMessage, email, wherever you paste it. The app is only for making cards.
Is the card written by AI?
The first draft is. You answer two or three short prompts and Wishfold writes a draft in the tone you picked. You can edit every word, regenerate, or start from blank.
We never send your photos or voice notes to the AI model — only the prompts you typed.
How long does a card stay open?
Photos and voice notes are deleted 90 days after a card is sent, unless the sender saves the card. The text stays in the sender's inbox until they delete it.
Can I schedule a card for a date?
Yes, on Plus. Pick a date and time and we'll remind you the moment it's ready to send, with the link copied. We can't message people on your behalf through WhatsApp — that part stays yours.
Which languages does it write in?
English and Hinglish at launch, with Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi and Bengali drafts following soon after.
How do I cancel Plus?
In your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, or from Settings in the app if you paid with Razorpay. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
